DEIRDRE KELLEGHAN, BRAY, CO WICKLOW, IRELAND

The sky is blued from dusk till dawn,
Every azure shade displayed.
Over Earth, distant particles exude life’s light.
Green leaves intake expire gasses that we require.
While millions buzz their days, no thoughts to our star’s radiant ways.
Sol stands still as winter waits.
The longest day a gift from space.
